Plester flag (flap) knife

This is a micro ear instrument used to make a horizontal incision on the external canal wall skin during elevation of tympanomeatal flap.

It is also used to elevate tympanomeatal flap hence is used in middle ear surgeries like myringoplasty, tympanoplasty and ossiculoplasty.
