Punctum dilator

It has a cylindrical corrugated metal handle with conical pointed tips on both sides, one tip larger than the other. It is used to dilate the punctum and canaliculus during sac syringing in dacryocystitis.

The smaller tip is used to cannulate the punctum while the larger one is used to dilate it.
